We enhance lighting, angles, and overall presentation — without changing what your food is.
2. Creative Discretion & Artistic Liberty
By purchasing from Delish-Us, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are not directing or controlling the specific composition, background design, or object placement beyond the customization options available at checkout.

The final visuals will reflect Delish-Us’ professional style and the examples shown on our website or promotional materials.

You are purchasing a curated creative service, not a guaranteed replica of your personal vision.
Design vs. Error
Delish-Us distinguishes between:

Design choices: Creative decisions such as dish positioning, lighting tone, background styling, or table-set composition. These are intentional and not subject to revision requests.

Obvious AI errors: Technical artifacts, distortions, or missing elements that materially affect realism.
All final products represent the best achievable quality through our AI and manual review process. Perfection is subjective — your purchase reflects trust in our professional design judgment.
3. Client Content
You retain ownership of all original photos and videos provided to Delish-us.
By submitting them, you grant Delish-Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Display before-and-after examples of your work on our portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing prior to delivery.
Delish-Us will tag or credit your business when featuring your work, unless you prefer anonymity.
4. Payment & Refunds
All payments are due in full at checkout. Because each order is custom-made:

All sales are final after a purchase has been initiated.

Dissatisfaction with artistic choices does not qualify for refund or redo; only technical errors are covered under revisions.
5. Delivery & Revisions
Typical turnaround times:

Each order includes revisions limited to correcting clear AI artifacts or technical issues.
Additional revision requests (changes to your plate and setting) are subject to new project fees if work on your initial choices has already begun.
6. Intellectual Property
